CEO and Founder
Carolyn is CEO and Founder of Chandler Properties. In 1979, she launched the company to provide full property management services to apartment building owners. Her role is to lead, direct and hold the staff accountable to maintain the highest standards of customer service for Chandler Properties’ clients and tenants.
Director of Operations
Patrick is the Director of Operations. He is responsible for overseeing the operations for Chandler Properties. He joined the company in 2021.
Director of Accounting
Jennifer is Director of Accounting. She is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department and supervising the accounting team at Chandler Properties. She joined the company in 1994.
Director of Leasing
Rafael is responsible for leading and directing the Leasing Department and for our owners his focus is to maximize rents and minimize downtime for vacancies. He first joined the company in 2012.
Engineering Consultant
Norman serves as the engineering consultant for Chandler Properties. He is responsible for assisting our clients with seismic retrofits and other large projects that require the skills of his background as an engineer.
Director of Leasing
Christopher is responsible for leading and directing the leasing department at Chandler Properties. He joined the company in 2020.
Business Development Advisor
Samantha has been with Chandler Properties since 2007 and is a Partner in the company. She serves as an advisor on strategy and new business development.
